Registration: $25 (12-week weight loss program with bi-weekly weigh-ins)
Details: Move It to Lose It Weight Loss Challenge is a 12-week weight loss challenge. All participants will weigh in bi-weekly at the Bryant Fitness Center, tracking pounds lost and body fat percentage. Open to all DoD ID cardholders: active duty military, dependents, and retirees.
