Staffing Management Advisory Services: Assists supervisors and hiring managers with processing recruitment actions to fill vacancies; assists with reassignment, promotion, temporary promotion, and assignment detail actions. Advises supervisors on recruitment and retention incentives for hard-to-fill positions. Conducts pre-employment and on-boarding of new employees at Luke Air Force Base.

Classification Management Advisory Services: Assists supervisors and hiring managers with position/classification reviews; Standard Core Personnel Document (SCPD); and Core Personnel Document (CPD) usage.

Labor-Management Relations (LMR): LMR services Luke AFB for all matters relating to bargaining unit employees (BUE) who are represented by the Union. This includes grievances, unfair labor practices (ULP), changes to working conditions (e.g. work schedules, office moves, etc.), discussions relating to an investigation, arbitration, union meetings with management, bargaining with the Union, union stewards, Luke Contract, etc.
