What: New Supervisor Training
When: Wednesday, Nov 13, 2024 at 0800-1600
Where: Bldg 1150 Blockhouse, Rm 1163 (CPS training room)
Who should attend? Any military or civilian that are new to supervising appropriated fund civilian employees
Synopsis: This training course provides newly assigned supervisors with the essential skills they need to effectively manage their civilian workforce. Topics include recruitment and placement, classification of positions, Labor Management Relations (Union matters), performance management, civilian discipline, hours of work, reasonable accommodations, and many other personnel topics.
Note: This training is for supervisors of Appropriated Fund (APF) Civilians ONLY, it does not apply to those who supervise NAF or contractors.
