Take a break and focus on YOU! On Friday, April 24th, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, we invite military-affiliated youth and their families to join us for Self-Care Day. Come experience some of the self-care practices that help parents maintain their mental health and well-being. Whether it’s relaxation techniques, mindfulness, or just taking time to unwind, this event will offer a chance to recharge and focus on self-care.
