UNITE Program

The UNITE program empowers squadron commanders to create fun, affordable recreational activities that strengthen unit cohesion, camaraderie, and esprit de corps. Designed to build stronger teams through shared experiences, Unite supports activity-based events that bring members together. All assigned Air Force and Space Force Active Duty, Reserve, Guard, and civilian (appropriated and non-appropriated) personnel are eligible for Unite funding, with commanders also able to authorize participation for spouses and dependents at approved events.
